Hi, my name is Adam and I am looking for a tenant/roommate for my Silver Spring townhouse. I'm a laid back, progressive 28 year old male and would prefer to rent to a fellow youngish professional. The atmosphere that I aim to facilitate in my home is that of two roommates, not a landlord/tenant vibe (within reason). I'm looking to do a 6 month lease at first or month to month. We can extend the lease to be much longer based on conversations between the potential tenant and myself. The cost for the lease is $750 per month and that includes all utilities, internet, and everything else. That is extremely cheap for this area and for what you will be getting!
