Use of owner's common everyday dishes and everyday cookware. Viking gas range, Bosch dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and small toaster oven/air fryer also available for use. If you also cook and need more refrigerator/freezer space, let me know. I have smaller refrigerator/freezer that I can move to the property for your use that is currently off-sight in storage. - Covered porch area off kitchen with a large dining table to have guests over for an outdoor meal during nice weather. - Bathroom with ample storage space + your own full size shower caddy. - Laundry is downstairs in a nicely finished basement area. Parking: - Off street parking space available, $150 more per month. - On street parking available with a City of Portland "Gander Ridge - Zone B" permit. Bikes: - Bike rack available for multiple bikes. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the unit or outside on the property.
