The front unit is 5 bedroom, 3 baths, plus an office..and is very nicely remodeled. 5th bedroom can be used as tv room or office if you want to keep both units attached as it is used as the pass through. All bathrooms in this unit are shared . It has stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite countertops. Washer and dryer are provided and are upstairs with 5 of the bedrooms and the office. The back unit is 2 bedroom 2 bath and the master bath is huge with a walk-in shower, voluble sinks and soaker tub. His and hers closets.... vaulted ceilings and skylights in the master bedroom. Kitchen has granite counters, a bar, and stainless steel appliances. It comes with a 2 car garage if buying it, one car garage if renting (I would keep one side for storage (although this can be negotiated if you really need both garages), a large basement, and parking in the driveway for 5 cars.
