I'm looking to have someone move into this apartment by October 1st until May 2022. It's a beautiful spacious studio, 1 bathroom apartment in Northwest Portland with the waterfront walkway right outside your door. The apartments are called Waterline apartments. I love this apartment and feel very safe in this neighborhood, but am leaving to pursue traveling dreams! First floor unit with a door to the hallway of the building, as well as a door out to the street. It's 495 square feet, has a washer and dryer in unit, heating & A/C, high ceilings, and concrete floors. There's a large bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven/stovetop, garbage disposal, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The rent when I first got the apartment was listed at $999. I received a 2 month free special upon moving in, which I use a portion of each month to make the rent $885. I also have a parking space in the underground, gated parking garage that I pay $175 a month for. The deposit for the apartment was $500, which will be addressed and returned to the new lease holder once you move out so I am asking for the $500 deposit upon taking over the lease.
