Moving out of state and need someone to take over my lease on this amazing apartment! I'm hoping to move out before June 1, but start date is flexible could be a couple of weeks earlier/later. Lease runs until September 7 (with the option to extend), so this could be just for the summer or longer. Since it's a lease takeover, you'll just need to pass a background/credit check. Security deposit is already paid, so just the $40 application fee and first month's rent to move in. This is the last available unit in a brand-new building. It's a studio with a separate alcove for the bed. The view is incredible you can see Mount St. Helens and Mount Adams. There are quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, disposal, microwave), W/D in the bathroom, a remote-control heater/AC, hardwood floors, and a giant closet. The unit is on the top floor, right next to the stairs and elevator. Pet-friendly, too! There's a ton of shops and restaurants within walking distance, the property manager is friendly and helpful, and the building has bike racks, covered parking, and package acceptance.
