Tenant pays all utilities: heat, electricity, quarterly water bill, cable TV and Internet. Tenant to maintain lawn care and snow removal. An ADT security system is provided. Once notified of approval, applicant will be required to submit a security deposit equal to one month's rent, plus the first month's rent within 48 business hours to secure the home. Fixed-term renewable one-year lease requires stated monthly rent due on contract day of each month of lease, and a 60-day notice of intent to vacate premises. First month's rent and security deposit equal to one month's rent are both due at signing. Only Tenants listed on Rental Agreement at the time of signing may reside, and are subject to the same background check. There is no smoking allowed inside home. Proof of $200,000 liability insurance is required at lease signing.
