We've got a nice back deck, modest yard, and lots of plants. You'll have access to the kitchen, living room, family room, and washer/dryer. If you take the basement room, you'll have the entire basement to yourself (with a private bathroom). The upstairs room has lots of windows and a shared (TBD) bathroom. The basement room is $1200 and the upstairs room is $900. No smoking. 1st & Last month's rent due at time of rental. Shared utilities.
