This house is mostly furnished. Several sets are Ethan Allen..the master suite does not go with the house. The $4000 tv stays but the sound system goes with me. The deacons bench goes with me and the vase and stand. Old family heirlooms. Kitchen knives go with me. All the dishes go except a very few. Things. All the cast iron goes with me. Burger King is not a problem. Winds very seldom blow the smell my way. Maybe twice a month and that is when the wind switches from south west to north east. Great neighbors.
