The downstairs flooring is 7 ����" engineered hardwood flooring. The kitchen makeover is by Decorative Specialties. The custom cabinets are strong, domestic birch plywood; 5-piece shaker doors and dovetail drawers, finished with durable catalyzed lacquer finish. All mounting hardware is soft-close. The island and counter tops are Calacatta Gold Silestone quartz.
