Property is a guest/pool house on Luna Farm. It has two bedrooms downstairs and a loft/3rd bedroom upstairs with a toilet. Owner has a home warranty in case any appliances malfunction due to normal wear and tear of house. House will come with a propane gas stove, propane gas water heater, and a refrigerator. Tenant will be responsible for providing own washer and dryer, however a dryer may be left behind by current occupant. Tenant will pay first month rent and last month rent upon signing. A non-refundable pet deposit of $500.00 will be required and an additional non-refundable $250.00 for any additional pets. Any damage done to property by tenants pets will have to be taken care of by tenants or will be deducted from security deposit. Tenant pets and guest pets will not be allowed to be loose in the house while unattended. Any damage done by guest pets will be tenants responsibility to take care of. Use of pool will be have to be requested in advance. No animals in the pool.
