We used it for storage, golf practice, an office to escape my kids while working from home, and furniture refinishing. Probably better suited for a woodworking hobbyist, boat/RV owner, a contractor with equipment to store, etc. Home sitting on 3-acres with 2.5 acres sodded zoysia. Appraised at $380,000 in 2016 before the hardwood, outdoor fireplace, courtyard wall, and whole-home dehumidifier (to protect hardwood from buckling) were added, but the appraiser refused to include the 2400 sq foot shop.
