There's also a pantry and an appliance garage with an outlet for extra storage and convenience. Entertaining on the decks is painless with approximately 750 sq ft of deck space and a natural gas line ran for the grill while the yard stays green year round via the sprinkler system. The basement was built for entertaining and comes with in-floor heat in the bar and bathroom, granite countertops, 14 in-ceiling speakers, HDMI & Ethernet ran to four different TV locations, a wet bar, and a theater room. The theater room itself is attenuated for sound via custom made sound insulated doors with automatic door sweeps, green glue, and double rocked walls. Currently the basement bedroom is used as a home gym but is a conforming bedroom. The garage is wired for a 220v outlet which can be used for an electric car or if you'd like you could add a welder or compressor. There's also a utility sink which is pretty useful for washing up after working on the car or the lawn without worrying about dirtying up the house. The house has a central vac with outlets in the basement, main level, and the garage which make cleaning the floors or detailing your car super easy. The garage door and thermostat are both smart and can be monitored and operated remotely.
