This protects me and you from coming out of pocket to cover any unexpected damages or accidents that may occur while you're renting. I have a 2 pet limit and do not allow big dogs. If you choose to add a pet to the lease it'll be an additional $100 pet deposit. No persons or pets not listed on the lease will be allowed to live at the property.
