AS-IS!! This would be a great fixer upper for someone! It is in the city limits of humboldt! 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. My father was working on it before he had his stroke and was not able to finish it. The bathroom floor has been torn out to replace the joist. The joist have started to be replaced, but will need to be finished and a new floor installed! All of the bathroom equipment (vanity, sink, toilet, and bathtub) come with the house. The rest of the floor joist come with it as well! It has a wired shop on the property! The side porch needs new metal put on it, but we have the metal for it!
