Note; Upper flat, with side entrance will not be rented at this time, but will be utilized from time to time. Utilities have been separated for both units. Lower flat has a door, which locks from inside the unit, that leads to the basement laundry. Renter is responsible for LG&E gas and electric. Landlord will cover the water and sewerage.
