The entire electrical system has been upgraded: 2008 the service from the transformer to the house was increased to handle the heavier load. in 2018, all plugs and switches, as well as practical circuit improvement were completed. The house is totally up to city code. Besides bath improvements, a new water line from the street to the crawl space, and a new shut off valve, were installed. The house is up to 2018 standards.
