Sunsets are a glorious sight for sure. There is 1 tenant in the house currently who is a young working professional who has a cat, thus more than likely another pet in the house is probably would not be ideal. If potential renter has a pet, it would have to be discussed. The living accommodations are probably best suited for another younger working professional who wants easy commute or college / grad student going to school locally or in the Williamsburg area. The cost of electricity and for water is divided between the renters in the house. There is no smoking permitted in the house and there are no pets allowed. There is enough parking in the rear of the house to accommodate multiple vehicles, but there is no parking or driving of any vehicle permitted directly behind the back of the house behind the deck as it is where the drain field for the property is located.
