The house is centrally and conveniently located: - 5 min to WalMart - 5 to 10 to Citadel Mall and the airport - 10 to 15 to Ft Carson, Peterson AFB and downtown - 15 to 20 to UCCS The residents of this home are: - clean, hygienic, and responsible - cat and human-friendly, no dogs - respectful - environmentally friendly (recycling, composting, and energy conservation) - open-minded - to clean up after themselves in a timely fashion - smoking/vaping outside the house The rent includes: utilities, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps) and the access and use of the common areas (such as the bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen).
