The only reason I'm parting with this place is because I'm moving out of state. 400 sqft studio living space upstairs and a 400 sqft garage studio space below that you can get creative with. There's also a large back yard connected to the building which is shared with the adjacent house. The two women who live there are incredibly kind, cool, and all around awesome neighbors. The place gets incredible sunlight, there's in unit laundry downstairs in the garage, two car driveway, backyard, however no dishwasher.
