We are looking for quiet, well-behaved tenants.
We are trying to transition to becoming a completely non-smoking complex, so if you do smoke (even outside), please do not apply.
You must make at least 2.5x per month in take home pay.
This is a quiet, safe, and peaceful place. All apartments are well-maintained with a manager on duty during the day. This is a place to call home.
We also have office hours Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 9-5, and you are welcome to come in at that time. Office is located in the back of Evergreen Gardens at 19213 SE Yamhill.
