Hello, This little pink House is truly historical. These little pink houses are rare in the state of Indiana . This house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a septic tank and has city water. The neighbors are both in there 70's, very relaxing community. It's in the country outside of Union City , IN. There is a bean field in front and a corn field in back. Indiana is the Hoosier state where most people in the area are farmers. We do have a drive in Movie Theater and an A&W. Union city is an All-American town. In 1965 a famous rock group called the McCoy's came out of Union City , where they sung their famous hit wonder, "Hang on Sloopy". We have a train that goes through the town, and one of the largest parks in Indiana , pool, dog walk, basketball courts, tennis courts, horseshoe pit, playgrounds, skateboard area, walking trails. If you like that small time Americana feel then this definitely would be a great place to come.
