The Landlord will not be responsible for paying a fee for a non-security alert to police that comes out to property. The tenant will need to contact Landlord immediately so the landlord can disarm the alert while the tenants are away from the resident. All maintenance that requires a licensed electrician, plumber or a/c to repair will be the responsibility of the landlord. any other maintenance will be evaluated by landlord The tenant is required to provide renter's insurance which will cover them and their property and any damage to the interior, exterior, furniture, appliances inside and outside of the property, *A detailed leasing agreement will be signed by Tenant and Landlord the week before move in date and notorized.*
