House sits in a gated community w/ panoramic view of the mountains and golf course. Very quite and clean neighborhood. Home is currently occupied by the tenants and will need appointments to view the home on the weekends, & during the weekdays, the house is available to view after 4 pm with advance notice. Renter pays utilities. No smoking. Small pet allowed up to 15lbs. Renter will have access to club pool house and club amenities. Credit check will be per adult $55.00. There is a refrigerator on site, but we do not provide one if it stops working, or is not to the liking of the tenant.
