This is a quite safe neighborhood. Parking in the back for one car. Additional cars would have to park on the street. Mostly hard wood floors. Larger bedroom has a portion that is carpted. The present tenant has a huge amount of noise after 10:30 PM and 12:30 PM at night with fights with adults at 12:30, 2:30 and 4 am which is causing problems in the building. I did not renew her lease. I need a tenant who does not make noise after 10:30 PM at night. The tenant below has been there for 16 years and never had a problem before. Lots of light. Open space. Great view. Includes a dishwasher. I charge $125 a month in addition to the rent for ALL utilities (Electricity, heat, water and trash) This saves the tenant probably another $125 a month from what they normally would have to pay. Very close to downtown Minneapolis. Dogs and cats allowed. $300 nonrefundable security deposit per pet and $50 a month per pet. I own the building with my daughter and manage it myself. NO large management firm. Available 7 days a week from 7:00 am - 7:00 PM
