Home was updated before we moved in, but we also did two major rennovations in 2009 and the beginning of 2011. We vaulted the ceilings in the living room/dining room, removed the gas stove and added a skylight and huge ceiling fan. We also put in french doors leading out to the patio. There is an upstairs living room/dining room and a bedroom. All rooms upstairs are carpeted in neutral tone except tile vinyl in both bathrooms and the laundry room and oak laminate in kitchen. Downstairs there is a HUGE master suite with custom walk in cherry wood closet, a bathroom with jetted spa tub, a media room, and another small bedroom. All floors in basement are cherry wood laminate except ceramic tiled bathroom. The patio is covered and there is an outbuilding for storage in addition to the one car garage. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is residential and is VERY quiet. Neighbors are friendly, but many are retired so we don't see too many kids running around.
