Great deck, fenced back yard, guest room, well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, real fireplace, driveway parking. Bike/hike on the Flume trails just around the corner. About 1 mile north of town. Utilities (water, gas, high-speed internet, trash/recycling) included. 6 or 7 month lease, but I can only select 6 on Zillow.
