I live in a very prime location in HB. Only 1 1/2 miles from PCH and a 10 minute bike ride. Right across the street is an Albertson's, Chase bank, 24 hour fitness, 2 Starbucks, and many, many food places to enjoy. My townhouse complex has only 20 units here, so it is very quiet and very clean. There is guest and off street parking; very close. The whole complex just got a fresh coat of paint, and looks beautiful! I do reside here in the only other bedroom. And, I also have 2 dogs. So, no pets allowed. And, you must love dogs! This is a very safe location, I have never had a problem and have been here since 98. You would have full access to kitchen and laundry at all times. For the $1220 per month, that will include ALL of your utilities. I am asking for a 6 month lease, and if all goes well then we can resign. Since I have my 2 dogs, there will be absolutely no pets allowed. Also, no smoking cigarettes on the premises. And, the parking is either the guest/ visitor parking; or there's plenty of street parking (free) very close. Also, I am only going to rent to one person, so please don't respond asking me if I will allow a couple. Thank you!
