We are looking for a 8 MONTH LEASE and then it will be month to month while the home is likely going to be For Sale. We will not rent to more than 3 unrelated people in order to not violate the City of Fort Collins ordinance. There are 4 bedrooms and the lower level family room could also be used as a 5th bedroom. SMOKING is NOT ALLOWED in the home or garage. Pets are allowed but an additional deposit will be required. Rent is $1650 per month and the damage deposit will also be $1650 The first and last month's rent will be collected before move in. The pet deposit will depend upon the size, type, and number of pets and normally we get a pet deposit of $400 per pet. (Zillow shows that the home could rent for as much as $1895).
