Minimum Credit Score of 620 and minimum, total tenant gross income of more than 3 X the Annual Rent ($57,420 a year or more). Our application process requires a credit/background check and costs $42 per adult tenant. We cannot accept prior felonies or evictions. Selected tenant must be prepared to pay the first month's rent and required security deposit by certified check or money order at lease signing. Minimum one year lease and long term tenant preferred.
