In that Directory, Mr. Conner's occupation is listed as a supervising agent. The Conners only lived in the home about two years before selling it to Frank X. and Serena M. Renn in March 1926. Mr. Renn was a millwright for Col. E. V. Knight's New Albany Veneering Company, located at East 13th Street and the Ohio River.
