Attention UNR students or families: We are renting this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with availability beginning June 1st. 1. It can come furnished or unfurnished. 2. It has a laundry room, big enough to sit and do your homework or just relax. 3. Game room/Study room 4. Big backyard and area for barbecue and if you have a green thumb, grow vegetables 5. The property has several peach trees (think peach jam or pies) and an apple tree We can rent each room separately or as a bundle if you want to live with your friends and/family want to rent together we can set the lease in that manner. Each room will be rented at $800 per month which will include utilities. We ask for first months rent and a $500 deposit. We will do the lease on a 6 month basis.
