Misc. Notes * Landlord will manage lawn mowing, or tenant can take this on and get $25 off rent. * Tenant is expected to change out the air filter monthly (the thermostat will remind you). * Internet service is Fios. Landlord will cover mowing the lawn, or tenant can take care of it for $25 monthly rent reduction.
