There is the option for one off-street parking spot to be provided with the apartment. The apartment was remodeled by the last owner and these pictures are from when it was sold in July. The furniture is not included with the rental. The apartment will be available for move-in starting August 15th. You could stop by most evenings and on weekends to check it out. Tenant must sign a twelve-month lease, with security deposit. There will be a $35 application fee which covers the cost of a background search which provides me with your FICO credit score, credit summary, and court-system check.
