The modern kitchen has been fully updated and will be shared with the owner, creating a welcoming communal space for cooking. This home is ideal for anyone seeking a comfortable and stylish living environment. Please only 1 pet and contingent on our pets getting along. There is a small fenced area that won't hold a pet that wants to roam. I am a good communicator and look for the same in my housemate(s). Cleaning of the shared spaces is communal and I like a regular cleaning schedule. The house is non-smoking. Overnight house guests are welcome but extended stays must be discussed. This lease will be month to month with a one month notice. The water, sewage, trash, & internet charge are included in rent, however electricity is split evenly. Rooms are unfurnished but could be furnished (with a slight rental increase). Couples are welcome for $1500/month ($1500 deposit) and electric split 3 ways.
