I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, beginning Jan 1, 2020. Lease ends May 31, 2020. The apartment has been great but I am leaving Chicago. Newly built in 2016, this apartment is beautiful & quiet, with a small back deck with room for chairs, a small table & grill. The bathroom is modern & clean. Queen bed fits perfectly in the back corner, but the front area is set apart with enough room for a couch and a small table or desk. Apartment gets great light during the day. The building was build 3 years ago, so everything is new: in-unit laundry, hardwood floors throughout, electric heat/air conditioning, high-end bathroom finishes, high-end kitchen with granite, stainless, designer selected finishes and appliances (stove, microwave and refrigerator). Neighbors are respectful, building is generally fairly quiet. Large communal back patio that anyone can use. Great neighborhood - two blocks from the Irving Park Brown Line with bars, restaurants, CVS & Trader Joe's all in walking distance. I rent a nearby garage spot, and could provide you with that information. I also have an IKEA closet unit that I would include for an extra $50, it fits perfectly at the foot of the bed. Pets are allowed for a one-time fee of $250. Tenant will apply directly to the management company, pay a $50 screening fee, and a $250 move-in fee. Sublet from Jan 1 to May 31. Interested parties will apply directly through the management company for a $50 screener fee. The sub-tenant will also pay a $250 move-in fee.
