Park tenancy is required, and park will work with credit issues if there is stable and verifiable monthly income and good rental history. Home cannot be moved and must remain in the community. Section 8 not accepted. Move in fees required: Application fee $50.00 per person over 18 Lease signing fee $100.00 NO WALK INS. Appointments for walkthroughs can be made via this posting. Please have verifiable income ready to download into your Rent Butter application. This must be ALL OF YOUR MOST CURRENT AND CONSECUTIVE pay stubs dated within the last 2 months.
