    What's special

Sunny and large one-bedroom in the best location in DC - between Dupont, Adams Morgan, U St, and Logan Circle (walk score of 99). Available immediately and can be furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished negotiable per renter needs. Heat, gas, and water included. High speed internet for $30/month. 1-year lease, but open to other lengths. 785 square feet across five rooms. Huge living room, spacious bedroom, renovated bathroom with a rain shower and gorgeous vanity, foyer, den/office, and fully-equipped kitchen with gas range, garbage disposal, and lots of storage. First floor apartment - no need to wait for an elevator, just walk right into the heart of DC. Tall ceilings, large storage closet, extra storage and bike storage in the basement. Transit: Ten minute walk to Dupont Metro station (red line) or to U St Metro station (green and yellow line). 16th street buses (S2 and S9 going north/south), plus U Street busses (90 96 going east/west) come less than a block away. Capital Bikeshare a block away. Location - Just a few minutes walk to Dupont, Logan Circle, Adams Morgan, and U Street - it's literally the best location in DC. --Coffee: Five coffee shops within two blocks (Compass, Childhood Cafe, Colada Shop, Blank Street, and a Starbucks on my corner), and a billion more slightly further away. I recommend Cafe Cino (coffee shop in a plant store) or Tryst for the best atmosphere, and Java House for the best beans. --Bars: Too many to list. Bar Charley (chill vibes), Aslin (excellent brewery), Jane Jane and Left Door (cocktails), Garden District (beer garden), Exiles (neighborhood pub), Blaguard (divy sports). --Supermarkets: Trader Joe's is two blocks away, four blocks to Streets Market, four blocks to Safeway, plus Whole Foods is a bit under a 15 minute walk. --Food within two blocks: Cuban, tacos (Bandit taco!), soul food, bakery, Ethiopian, pizza, Mediterranean (love Gypsy Kitchen), tapas, greek (Souvlaki is excellent), classic neighborhood bars (Exiles is the local haunt), mexican, italian, el salvadoran (Restaurant Judy is a hidden gem), classic American, and so more much. --Parks: Two blocks to Meridian Hill / Malcolm X Park. One mile from Rock Creek Park entrance (behind National Zoo). --Fitness: Two gyms within a couple blocks (VIDA, which is excellent, and Mint, a bit cheaper); two yoga studios (Yoga District is great); two barre studios; a SolidCore; MethodRoom; and cross-fit. --Book stores: Solid State, Kramers, Lost City, Second Story, Middle East Books, Potter's House all an easy walk. Let me know what you're looking for and I'll help ya make the most of living in DC.
