Water, Sewer and Garbage services are included in the price of the rent. There is a common community area between this building and its sister 5 plex next door where there is a fire pit. There are also storage units in front of your carport spot available to rent for $25.00 per month if you choose. We offer an easy-to-use tenant portal where you can do things like making electronic payments, checking your balance, viewing your lease and other documents, and for making and tracking maintenance requests. Terms: Rent is $1100.00 per month with a signed 12-month lease, which converts to month-to-month after one year. The security deposit is $1600.00 and is fully refundable. Renters insurance is required. If you don't have renters' insurance, we offer it through a service in your tenant portal where it can be paid automatically with your rent. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a $500.00 pet deposit. Smoking Policy: No smoking. Qualification Requirements: * Household income equal to two times the rent * 700 credit score required for at least one tenant. We will consider a lower score if there is nothing in collections and a 100% payment history. * No Cosigners * No evictions in the last 7 years * No bankruptcies in the last 7 years * No money owed to any utility companies * No money owed to past landlords Half of the security deposit ($800.00) is required to hold the unit and take it off the market once your application has been approved. This deposit is not refundable should you choose not to take the unit unless the reason is beyond your control. You have 2 weeks from paying the initial deposit after which rent needs to begin being paid. We will not hold a unit longer than 2 weeks.
