This is a fully furnished suite that is connected to the main house but is very private. It is suitable for 1-2 people. It has its own entrance, wood floors, a large bathroom, queen size bed, kitchenette, large closet, a small couch and small table for dining. The kitchenette comes with all the basic cooking necessities, including a two burner hot plate. The suite also has a TV in the sleeping area so that you can log in to your entertainment apps. Internet and all utilities are included in the monthly price. You will have a designated parking spot, on the street directly in front of the suite. There is no smoking allowed in the suite. If you are going to smoke, it must be outside. Please shut the door to the suite when you go outside so smoke does not go into the suite. There are no pets allowed. There is no washer and dryer in the suite but there are multiple laundromats nearby. Suite must be maintained by renter. That includes regular cleaning of the space. Everything that is needed to clean the suite (broom, mop, cleaners) will be provided.
