House does not have central AC but most tenants have found that one or two window AC units cools the house nicely during the summer months. We charge no application fees. Must show proof of income of $1800 or more. Rent is $675/month with with no deposit. First and last month rent of $1350 is due at lease signing. We can usually approve you same day.
