Month to month or 6-month price is available at a higher rate. No smoking, vaping, or use of drugs may be used on property.

Pet Policy:
Pets welcome. All pets will be listed on lease agreement. Non-Refundable deposit of $250 will be collected at move-in. Pet Rent: $10/ month per pet.
Therapy/ Support Animals:
To waive pet fees, the following will need to be collected.
1) Copy of ESA request from Doctor, Nurse Practicer, or Licensed Mental Health provider (on official letter head). ESA Letter must be issued within the last 365 days.
2) Copy of Pet ID/ License Number
