All utilities must be opened in Tenant(s) name- water, electric, gas, internet...etc. Owner will provide interior pest control and lawn maintenance. A full background check is required of all our Tenants- criminal, employment, and credit history. Paid by the Tenant. One months rent is required up front, PLUS $1,000 as a refundable security deposit. Tenant(s) MUST show monthly gross income to be 2.5x rent. Rent price listed is for 12-month lease agreement. Month to month or 6-month price is available at a higher rate. No smoking, vaping, or use of drugs may be used on property. Tenant(s) must call in order to schedule a private showing.
