This property is owned and managed by NC State University Housing and only available to degree-seeking, registered NC State students. The property is located next to the Hunt Library and College of Engineering Research buildings. We offer students a 9.5 month term that runs from August 1 to May 15. We also offer 12-month terms and do not charge early cancellation fees for students who leave NC State for an internship or study abroad program. The rental rates are on a per-room basis. We offer 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and 1-room graduate student lofts. Apartments are rented by the room, so students are not liable for their roommate's part of the expenses. If you do not have thee other friends to share an apartment with, University Housing has a very user-friendly roommate finding app that works in conjunction with Facebook for pairing students based on your profile and habits. All apartments are fully furnished. Each student has his or her own private bedroom with a lockable door. Each apartment has a full-size kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, range and microwave oven.
