There is a shed on the property along with a fire pit with chairs & a picnic table so really just bring your clothes & start enjoying the park. This lot is VERY DESIREABLE as it is close to the front of the park and only a 1 minute walk to the pool, basketball/pickleball courts, office, and laundry area. All this and $500 has already been paid for the 2024 park rent! This resort offers 2 pools, a clubhouse with laundry facilities, and spacious lots so you don't feel like you are right on top of your neighbors.
