The property owner pays for sewer and water. Grounds and building maintenance is included. Renters are responsible for the heat(lp wall unit), electricity and cable. A minimum $250 of the security deposit will be used to clean the place if it is left less than it was on move in date. The portion of land beyond the owner's residence, leading to Mirror Lake is private property. Renters do not have access to the lake however, lake access is right next door via the public lake access road. This is a non smoking property.
