In 2011 we got a new 40 year roof, new vinyl siding, and a new HVAC (heating and cooling central) unit installed. In prior years we added all new windows, new porch lights, new carpet and we painted several of our rooms, including the walls of our finished basement. Neighborhood Description The Collegeville/Trappe area boroughs are wonderful paces to raise a family. Ursinus College is the local college that is a great addition for and to the community. Many fine churches of various denominations are in the Collegeville area. I like the small, quaintness of Collegeville and the friendliness of the residents.
