Please note not for those looking for full kitchen and must take stairs. Looking for quiet residents due to poor building sound proof. This lease is for THE APARTMENT itself, not a room. The apartment spans over 2 levels. The entire unit has shades for windows treatment. On the top level, there is a spacious living room, a wet bar (no stove), a bathroom, and a bedroom with wall-to-wall closets. Expansive views from the kitchen and living room. Sound proof is poor on this level, must agree to be quiet while doing activities on this floor. Wet Bar sink, counter top, cabinets, microwave. Electric hot plate provided. No oven. No exhaust fan. Not suitable to folks who love to cook. The lower level has another bedroom with a view and a closet. Good sound proof on this level. Apartment comes fully furnished with 2 queen beds, mattresses, couches, elliptical, and some tables and chairs. It comes with 1-car driveway parking. Washer and dryer in-unit: free for tenant to use; however, landlord will not be responsible for repairs. Must climbs stairs. No backyard access.
