I'm looking to transfer my lease over to someone (or a couple) for my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in West Campus. The apartment comes completely furnished, with reserved garage parking, a washer and dryer, smart TV, and beautiful views. The complex itself also has great amenities such as a gym, pool, and study areas. The lease would go from as early as December 1st- July 27th, but I am flexible with the move-in date.
