Richardson offers a family-friendly vibe, top-rated schools, and a welcoming atmosphere. -We only accept pets on stay longer than 30 nights. -A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee may be applicable NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure. GARAGE DOORS: Please keep garage doors always closed. Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home Sound: No amplified sound is permitted Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever Please note that there is no Trash bins in the property, Trash must be in white or black trash bags (located under the sink) and placed outside the morning of trash days! Please let us know If you have a dog, even if it's a service dog. We would really appreciate it. PETS:-We allow well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 pet per stay for 30 day stays). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. -Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. - For stays longer than 30 days, a **mid-stay cleaning** is required for an additional fee to maintain the property's excellent condition. A high chair and pack & play can be provided but fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time.
