It is exactly unknown, date to when our house was originally built. It sets on an 1.50 acre lot with beautiful trees. We have updated the landscaping, vinyl siding, new roof, insulation, and added new Windows. We have also, remodeled the master bath, adding a walk in closet, and added a extra bedroom down stairs. The utility room/ 1/2 bath was also added. The home has a fireplace in almost every room. They were the original coal burning fire places, non functioning at this time. Most of the downstairs is hardwood floors. The bathroom and walk in closet is tile with vinyl in the kitchen and 1/2 bathroom/utility room. Up the beautiful stairs, leads to two bedrooms with a small open landing. One room, upstairs we used for an office. Off of the kitchen is a mud room which also, houses the original cellar. There is a detached, one car, two level garage with plenty of storage. This is and has been a wonderful home to raise our family.
