This house has just recently been remodeled and really looks fantastic. It's very clean with lots of new stuff. Some of the projects that we did so that you wouldn't have to include... hauling out junk, removing all of the old carpet, removing wallpaper and tons of wallpaper paste and then priming the walls so that there is no paste bleeding through. We painted all rooms including the garage and basement ...even the floors. We removed rotted boards from the deck and replaced them and also replaced all but one of the windows and also the front door. Old kitchen cabinets were taken out and we installed new. The living room floor was sanded and finished as well as the hallway. There is new flooring in the kitchen,dining room and also bathroom. You'll find new carpet in the bedrooms and a new door going to the deck. Oh yeah, there's a new dishwasher, stove, microwave and sink with faucet. Neighborhood Description Even though Sterretts Gap Avenue is one of the main roads, I am amazed at the very little traffic that actually comes down the street. I think that most people actually enter the neighborhood either by the Northern or Southern end of the neighborhood.
